Returns Policy

According to Latvian Cabinet Regulation No.255, the Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

This right does not apply to custom-made products.

SIA "PROFDOORS" reserves the right to refuse returns or apply compensation if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.
